VIVI Amber

Dry amber wine produced from specially selected, hand-harvested Rkatsiteli grapes grown in our own vineyards, in Kakheti, Georgia. Crafted according to the centuries-old traditional Kakhetian method, the wine undergoes full fermentation and aging on the skins (chacha) in qvevri, which imparts its characteristic amber color, a well-balanced tannic structure, and pronounced aromas of dried apricot and pear.
